M/s Ambition Colonisers Private Limited (EBL) is a developer company established in 2007. The group has undertaken the development of residential plotting project ‘Springwoods City’ under Haryana Government’s scheme of Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY), on an expanse of approx. 7.5 Acres and planning to bring more such projects in the state of Haryana.

The group is growing phenomenally fuelled by the dynamic leadership of its founder Mr. Sulekh Jain, has fast grown into an entity renowned for its Quality and Consistency in residential projects around Delhi NCR.

Springwoods City is a fabulous marvel of Gated Residential Plotted Society located at a prime location in Sec-22 Dharuhera with a direct entry from 75m wide Dharuhera Bhiwadi Bypass Expressway (Now NH 919). Also the project is RERA Approved (HRERA-PKL-RWR-99- 2019)

EXPERIENCE

The company is constructing a new residential plotted housing project namely “Springwoods City” with a modern-classic theme-based architecture & layout. The architecture & Construction Technology being used in this project is going to set new benchmark for others to follow in construction industry. The project is sprawled over 7.5 acres and is nicely located in the heart of Dharuhera city which is very close to NH – 8.

The Project consists of more than 164 residential plots, Shopping complex, Community Centre and green/ park with dedicated Open Gym and Sports Services etc.
